Review collected by a third partyOur experience with their customer service has been great. They are quick to respond and send someone out as soon as possible. They worked with us regarding pricing. Everyone that we encountered was respectful and honest. We are happy with our new AC unit. We also signed up for a maintenance subscription, which we like because it is convenient, they are thorough, and encourages us to schedule maintenance versus putting it off until a larger issue arises down the road. I hope to be able to continue a long-term relationship with this company and hope they do not disappoint in the future. Skylar Barron was awesome--he was respectful, introduced himself properly prior to entering my home, explained what I should expect during the time of service, explained thoroughly of what was needed, and would show where exactly the issue was. Little things like making sure to wear shoe covers in the house, laying a towel down before entering my attic and making sure the house is not left a mess upon leaving. All of these things were much appreciated.

Review collected by a third partyThis company is great! They were very nice and professional. They responded very quickly and made sure everything worked perfectly before they asked for payment. Also they are upfront about their pricing before they even get started- no surprises- they make sure that you know who is going to be working at your house by sending you a text with the technician name and picture. Highly recommend!!!

Review collected by a third partyFelipe was awesome. We had a plug in our kitchen that caught on fire on the weekend. I was able to get a visit scheduled for Monday morning. Felipe showed up on time and helped provide a solution that worked for my family. He did the job quickly and professionally, and I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. I will definitely use A1 again in the future.
