He was very efficient and figured out the problem right away. He also recommended some things to fix and update that I was not aware of. Overall, it was a positive and helpful experience and I look forward to working with Skyler and his team in the future!

Review collected by a third partyOur Heater went out during the winter freeze, we called 8 different companies none could come out that day, A1 Came thru, made app and service tech Sean Bryan came out with in a couple of hours. He was very friendly and informative, He immediately diagnosed issue and got heat going as a temp fix until new installation was set up. He recommended service and installment plans. Pricing seemed more completive than others. Once we settled on repairs and parts, A1 showed up early the next day Francisco arrived and got straight to work, He was also vey friendly and informative. Sean Bryan also arrived and ensured proper installation. After installation Sean explained new set up and we were up and running again. I would recommend A1 to any and all in need of services that A1 offers, Thank You team A1.

Review collected by a third partyPayed 250 for trouble shooting switches and outlets the tech said he checked everything and it would be another 1800 to fix so I checked switches/outlets myself and found loose wire on a switch he claimed to have checked to be the problem. I have been calling customer service for a week to get a refund and still have not heard from anyone. Will never use them again and i will discourage everyone i know to never use them
