Review collected by a third partyCalled before arriving Lance came to my home to give me an estimate. I thought my house needed a 10 k generator, when it actually needs a 18 k or 22 k. Very knowledgeable. Informed me of the warranties, maintenance available through A1. Very satisfied with his representation. Ariel arrived on time. Great guys. I enjoyed watching them work. I would like to leave them with a positive comment. Professional, cleaned up after themselves. Definitely an asset to the company. I was a Telecoms Engineer. I know great work when I see it. 7.2.24 Didn't remember generator coming on at 9 am. Wasn't able to see the hours ran on the application. Stephen came out, gave me a reminder to refresh app to see hrs ran. He went through the menu to verify the generator had been coming on at appropriate times. Since the install my power had gone out twice and the generator worked great. Thanks again A1. 9.25 Stephen came out and reconnected my generator to my wifi. Thanks again.

My only complaint is that I was a bit more expensive than what I was excepting for the time and effort. Technician was great and respecrful

Review collected by a third partyI’m giving Eric a 5 star because of his knowledge and experience service and it’s the second time I used this company A1. But I’m not impressed with their pricing charges, I would have liked to know what they charge for changing out 1 light switch before time. It cost me $217.00 just to change out 1 light switch plus $195.00 to troubleshoot the problem with a total of $412.00 which I think was way over charged for just 1 light switch that cost $3.00 at Home Depot, so please tell me how that switch cost me $217.00? Other than that their service and tech was great. I would recommend that they have a price list on hand or offer the customer to do the job themself once the diagnostic and problem was completed because I could have saved $200.00 and do that myself.
