Review collected by a third partymade an appointment in advance, gave them all the info to install 3 ceiling lights chandeliers with high ceiling and 2 light fixtures, A1 called and confirmed technician on his way and will show up in 50mins, then 1 hour later, didn’t show and had to call back just to say 30 more mins, then finally came, showed up with absolutely no equipment to install high ceiling lights and said have to come back later even after we confirmed that they can do the job the same day when we made the appointment with high assurance from A1 that they do these kind of jobs everyday, well, today has shown apparently not. A1 wasted the customer time and technician time with poor scheduling and communication of the jobs that they are hired to do. Not to mention the high price they charge for the job while provide poor customer experience, Please choose someone else. Don’t waste your time with A1!

He was patient with me as I downloaded the app and went through every step. The system was tested and worked as well as the ac (x2) was checked and came on as well. Preventive care instructions was reviewed (maintenance and notifications). Great job!

Review collected by a third partyWe have a leaning power pole that needs to be set straight. A1 Plus came right out, assessed the situation and gave us a few viable options to choose from. Jose is a very respectful tech with a smile.. The other company we called for a quote sent a tech who was shocked I didn't mean my meter box because 'little ladies don't usually know the difference' �� Between a box and a pole? A1 Plus will be getting our business from here on out.
