Review collected by a third partyMy home was struck by lightning and as such we are going through our insurance to pay for items that were damaged. The person who answered the phone in 5/7/2025 was very nice and told us that it was no problem and that the technician would evaluate the damage and then send the bill to the insurance with the cost of the estimate. The technician did not get the memo and was very rude and condescending when speaking with my wife. She explained the situation to him and he just kept saying that is not how this works and we would have to get the money back from the insurance ourselves. The other folks(Plummer, electric and structural engineers had all given the estimate and stated they would bill the insurance but this guy wasn’t having it. When he left he stated he had to go and see paying customers which is very unprofessional. Office staff nice but the technician that came was not even close to that.

As someone who was in the construction industry for 17 years, I appreciate how seemless the estimating appointment went. At the end of the visit I knew exactly what to expect moving forward, and they even took time to verify my contract information was correct (which it wasn't and the estimate would not have made it to my email had he not verified) We were very pleased with the overall experience and look forward to working with the company. 10/10 so far!

He gave me options as to what I wanted to have done today to fix my problem and also explained some repair I might want to have done at a later time that were not causing problems at this time but might in the future. Jason provided me with a free estimate before doing the work. Very nice and polite young man. Will definitely use their service in the future!
