He changed iut all of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, replaced the lights under the cabinets in my study and relocated my EV charger to a better location. He can do anything and everything. Review collected by a third partyLarry T. came out as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, and, based on parts availability, estimated the completion time for the following day. Understanding how bad it is to be without power, he continued to research parts and was able to locate one nearby and restore our power the same day. This extra effort, as well as his pride in doing excellent work, really sets him apart. He also explained the likely cause of the problem and checked our entire system for issues when we were back online. A1 did a great job of communicating with texts and emails. They couldn't come the night we called, but were out the next day at the front of the time window of 10-1. There is no charge to come out, but once there, the diagnostic fee of $441 seemed steep, though it counted toward the repair fee of $1,199 (the same as another company quoted). So if you use them, that's a wash.
