He gave me some options on a Water Conditioner, No hard sell just useful information. I had them drain my water heater and was happy with the process and will use them again. Very honest. Another company "joe" wanted 495.00 for the same service. Where the $49.00 special was a great price and now I will call them first because of this small issue.
