Review collected by a third partyWhat a rare find! Justin our tech was honest and upfront with the repairs needed. Insanely polite and knowledgable. Rather than just try and sell me a bunch of stuff, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed it for the cost of a service call. The best part is when the part came in, A1 said they did not have an available appointment until three days later but since this was an emergancy call Justin found a way to install it the same day! As a business owner it's such a relief to find such an honest company and service technician.
