I was really worried we were going to have a huge problem on our hands and he made sure to check everything and explain that we just live in Houston and these things happen. 10/10 recommend!!

Review collected by a third partyJust moved into a new construction home and wanted a light fixture changed …1st scheduled an appointment (was told that they would give estimate and do job same visit) they didn’t show up to first appointment but did offer a $50 coupon. 2nd day they were an hour late for appointment then quoted me $862 to change a light fixture . Grant it it’s big but told them on the first call it was a two man job. Even if I decided to take that ridiculous quote they would’ve had to reschedule and come back …very dissatisfied

Review collected by a third partyI don't think I've ever had a better experience with a service company than I did with A1 Plus. They helped me out last night with an electrical emergency and sent Jose, the most kind, friendly, and helpful technician to make sure my home was safe. This morning the technicians they sent to finish the job when the parts were available were just as awesome. They worked fast, yet took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and everything worked perfectly. I did not have a go-to electrician before this, but I gotta say I'm stuck on this company now after such an excellent experience. They turned something that was really scary and stressful into a really positive outcome, and all for a price that was more than fair.

He was professional, punctual, and made sure the job was done safely and efficiently. Not only did he restore electricity to the room, but he also fixed the AC, which was a huge relief. I truly appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and quick turnaround. Highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable electrician!

Review collected by a third partyMy experience with A1 Plus was a great experience. We had a problem with the Ac at the Church. Jason Bowman showed up early for the appointment. He was professional, He took time to diagnose the problem,found the issue and fixed it. He didn't try to run a tab up on us. I like that he told me things to do to keep up with the maintenance on the ac. Our air was fixed and we did not have to spend a ton of money.
