The technician was excellent very personable and seemed very concerned about the well-being of my household. He needs a raise. I don't know how much you pay him, but he is a jewel. Keep him don't let him go. I feel so much better about my Generac. I have confidence that it will work now. I bought the service contract. I I want to stay with this company and this technician I don't want anyone else fooling with My generac.

Review collected by a third partyMichael came out and did a complete inspection of my leaking faucet and was very quick and explained the issue I was having. He took the time to explain what was causing the leaking and completed a full inspection of my water heater and explained what other A1 plus services are provided. Highly recommended. I plan on signing up for their other services as well!

Review collected by a third partyRicardo came out. We did a walk throughout our entire complex. He noted all of the burned-out light bulbs. Two days later the technicians came out and replaced the bulbs. It was way too easy. Thank you A1 - Plus. We will see you next quarter.

I scheduled an additional maintenance service call with him in two months since my generator was not ready for a full maintenance. I would recommend this company for all of your generator service needs.

He walked me through the process and educated me so that if in an emergency, I could do the basic maintenance. After doing the maintenance, he thoroughly cleaned the unit inside it out. First class!
