But I must say that $275 dollars for only 10mins worth of work to switch out the damaged smart switch with the new one that I personally paid for was a bit much. I honestly wasn’t looking to pay that much for simply changing a light switch…..

Review collected by a third partyVincent Pedraza was the assigned technician for my yearly HVAC maintenance. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to walk me through photos he took of the heating system in my attic, explaining what he sees is a concern. I asked him to check out a leak from the ceiling and he came back with photos and a video. So thorough! He ended up adding a new sediment trap, which I was missing. There are other problems, which he documented in details and gave me estimates for. He informed me of the 0% 1 year finance plan and offered to include some items free of charge if I ever want to do a full duct replacement. Everything was very informative. Thanks, Vincent! I will definitely be requesting him for my next service.

Michael Whitten provided a fast and creative solution that worked out much better than I expected. Michael was very professional and executed flawlessly. Highly recommended!

Review collected by a third partyI will definitely recommend this company to everyone. The technician who came out was Jack Halm. He introduced himself with a smile and acknowledged why he was at the resident. He reviewed the electrical issue and explained what needed to be done to where even an older person can understand. He really knew his stuff. The entire time he always had a smile and nice conversation. It's as though he has been knowing me forever. The cost was within my budget. More people like Jack is needed.
