  We had an unfortunate celebration of life to get set up for, and one thing we tried to do was shop around for decks of cards and poker chips with our mother's photo on them to distribute to guests. When we settled on You'reOnDeck as the company to do it, we realized after submitting our order that the order might not come by the date of the celebration. We sent an email to the company about our worries and David immediately responded saying that he would personally ensure we'd get the products in time. We received the products in only 3 days, a whole week earlier than when we'd need them. David and You'reOnDeck quite literally made the celebration memorable for all our guests and the products themselves were perfect. Thank you to everyone responsible to have made this happen!

  Some details on how to use the design tool, particularly when pushing the boundaries, were a little difficult to figure out. But what was truly fantastic was the unbelievable fast and helpful replies I received. 15 out of 10 for customer service! Delivery was much faster than advertised as well. Very pleased. I'd pay a little more for slightly heavier weight cards that were also a little less glossy, but I would not call them flimsy by any means. I've ordered much worse in the way of custom cards.

  The cards were packed nicely and very sleek. All of the pictures were really nice quality. It even came really early too. The only problem was a little damage on like 2 of the cards but I could see past it.

  The website was easy to use, the options clear and easy to understand, the order was easy to place and reasonably priced, shipping was fast, and the product was even BETTER than expected. The colors look fantastic, the pictures look great, the cardstock is firm and good quality but still gives a nice shuffle. I am THRILLED with the whole thing and definitely plan to order more from YoureOnDeck in the future. My only complaint is that they tend to stick together a little when you try to deal them, but I'm hopeful that will get better with more use. I bought this set for my daughter's graduation party, and I'm so glad I did. We were able to customize each suit with things she liked or pictures of her (hearts - pictures of her, diamonds - favorite movies/series, clubs - favorite memes, and spades - favorite anime characters) and the backs have her graduation photo and year she graduated. They are so fun and bring us so much joy when we use them. We'll have them out at the party for people to play games with and, after the party, give them as keepsakes to the important people in her life that will really appreciate them (as well as keep some for ourselves of course!). I highly, highly recommend YoureOnDeck.com!

  Amazing customer service, extremely responsive and available at all times. Such a fun and unique gift for people of any age!! The website is extremely user friendly and really easy to navigate.   I read many of the reviews online before purchasing and I ordered one for my husband for Father’s Day. The board is very good quality as are the cards etc. the website is very easy to use to customize your board! Would definitely recommend!

  The website is clunky to navigate. The chat button is right on top of the last card and you can’t move it. You can’t resize an editing window. Finding your projects can be a challenge. I don’t see how to change packaging after you start a project. Product was good and arrived faster than expected, which I liked.

  I received amazing customer service, I would highly recommend. As an educator, I was able to create a truly customized and fun learning tool for my students. They have actually asked to practice their reading skills with the fun game that I was able to create myself. It legitimately looks like better than most games you have purchased. The customer service was amazing in helping me make sure my game was exactly as I envisioned. I loved the results so much I made an additional one for my daughter's upcoming birthday party! Highly, highly recommend!

  I ordered Monopoly with every square having a theme and photo relating to my three grandsons. I expected a "novelty" but got a high quality game of the same quality and in some ways better than the real Monopoly. Web page so easy to use. Delivery fast. I should get paid for this endorsement... but I'm not. A+ all around.

  I teach 6th grade and my students designed their own deck of playing cards for our upcoming Spring Auction. They turned out AMAZING!!! Each student designed at least one card and one student designed the back cover for the entire deck. I absolutely loved how this project turned out.

  We have used yourondeck twice for poker chips and we were "not" disappointed. It's a real chip with exactly what we wanted on it. We live in Vegas so what it better then a birth announcement on a poker chip.

  I ordered a clue game and a monopoly game and they are QUALITY! The cards are thick, the board is not flimsy and I ordered a custom box for the clue game and it is also very nice! I looked for other reviews and couldn't really find any, so I was a bit worried. I will be ordering more!

  Overall, the game is adorable! They were just a few glitches in the color/printing where it looked almost like water drops or color bleeding. One room card did cut off the logo too, and those cards did not have a template available to view and adjust (didn't realize they were included though, which was a surprise bonus), so we did not have the opportunity to see if selected image would fit well on each item it was being printed on.

  Everything about this website was great. Had no issues with anything. My item was delivered before delivery date. Love the cards I got, I used my family for my playing card theme. Great keepsake.   The cards are sturdy and gorgeously printed. There was an issue with a "6" being printed upside down - which was confusing. As soon as I called, they took the info and re-printed my order, even boxed the new decks as I had already shipped the original decks out. Very friendly and efficient with GREAT customer service!

  The poker chips I received turned out better than I expected. Even when I made a mistake on the picture, your company contacted me and made the corrections that were needed. The poker chips are used as golf ball markers. When I give someone one of them, they love them. Thank you for a great product you put out.

  I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! We sold our childhood home back in Jan of last year and I wanted to document the experience in some way. I’ve been a magician my whole life so what better way to do it than with a Deck Of Cards. Needless to say “you’re on deck” did not disappoint! The fact that I was able to upload pics on my phone and design the deck my self truly blew me away. My family was extremely touched by the gesture. Also the price was fantastically right! I will treasure this deck for the rest of my life!

  After getting my first test decks it had come to my attention that I miscalculated the bleed making the images off center. I contacted them via email about my mistake not only did they get back to me in no time flat they had a solution.
