  A no-frills way to get it done quickly, especially if you're a fast reader. There are no videos to slow down the course progression and allows you to go 100% at your own pace. Some of the information, however, is dated which is the reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5. Another plus, I immediately received notification that my certificate had already been sent to the DMV/court. And all it cost was a grand total of $5!
