  There is a huge mistake that I have video documentation on. I got two questions wrong and one of them was at no fault of my own. I was asked a question that had a section missing from the class. I saw that the question was found in chapter 5 but there is no chapter 5 listed at all. The class goes from chapter 4 to chapter 6. I recorded it on my phone so it can be added later to make me look crazy. When you scroll down the pages you will go from chapter 4 to chapter 6. I still passed but this could have affected my grade. On top of that it was a huge waste of time as i was scrolling through looking for an answer that was not there. Other than that, the experience was ok. The question about the hands free law is a little not 100% clear as well since I could not find any documentation about hands free texting but i can live with that. Missing all of chapter 5 is unacceptable.

  The reading material had plenty of punctuation and spelling errors. Some of the questions want memorization of numerical data that's not really relatable/practical like lawyer fees, and one question I answered on the final exam didn't even go through, claiming I only answered 34 out of the 35 questions. Some segments were worded in a confusing manner, so it would be better if there were more pictures available to supplement the reading material. Despite misreading two questions and finding some difficult to recall numerical values, I did pass them all on my first try, so they aren't overly difficult. If you're low on money and in a hurry, 5 Dollar Traffic School is an option for you. I didn't like the timer required to stay on each page because it can slow you down and cause your mind to get distracted, and I'm a slow reader too, that's how long the timer can be. It's challenging for sure, especially if you have something like ADHD. Criticism aside, it wasn't that bad. The information for the most part was easy to read, understand, and retain.

  The program was easy to sign up for and I liked that you could come and go and they save your work. The cost was helpful too! I liked the video reviews at the end of each section, and the fact that it was open book. All in all a good experience and I appreciated the review for my own and other's safety.
