Informative. Useful. Suggestion: The time specified for each section was too long. The narrator finished his narration after around 3/4 of the time specified. All I could do is wait for the clock to run out so I could go on to the next section. Please shorten the required time period to conform to what your narrator uses. Suggestion#2: That must be an AI narration because he spelled some words instead of saying them, mispronounced Spokane, and made several other errors. Please fix those. Suggestion #3: Please show a way to get out of this review section.
