  I shopped extensively and they offered the best pricing I could find anywhere. My item was not immediately available and I expected to be waiting 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, but somehow Tonneau Factory Outlet found it and delivered it in a week. Arrived undamaged and exactly what I expected. Great experience.

  I LOVE my tonneau cover. I got the RetraxOne MX and my husband and I installed it on a 2018 Nissan Frontier. It took 2-3 hours but was easy enough once we understood the directions. Customer service was great. Price was the lowest-they price match. AND FREE SHIPPING. We live two hours away from anyplace that sells truck bed covers and I went there first. But because of Covid and reduced factory hours tonneau covers were out of stock and they had no idea when they would be able to get them. So, I went online. This is the place! Two comments about the actual cover. 1) It would be nice if there was a handle to pull the cover closed. 2) It would be good if the allen wrench needed to adjust the lock was included. Why can't the allen wrench provided to tighten screws be the same size as the one needed for the lock? There is a very small difference in size. I haven't had a chance to see if it is watertight but it seems like it will be. Again, great product and great service.

  I love the product! It looks great!! It took a little longer to arrive than I expected, but it was worth the wait! As a tip, look up the YouTube video of how to install prior to attempting it yourself. But definitely something I will recommend to a friend!

  The ordering experience and customer service have been amazing! When you chat, you are chatting with a real person. We worked out a deal and I was able to order my cover in very little time. (Felt quicker than just ordering online) There was a slight delay receiving my cover, but a quick chat resolved the situation with the manufacture. I would buy from them again.

  It too long to get, I was told it was 4 weeks and it took 5 weeks and that was after threatening to cancel the order. No followed up on the timing of the arrival date. It would have been nice to get an email weekly stating when the order was scheduled to ship and whether it was on time.
