  Ordered Retrax cover for 8' bed on 2013 2500HD Silverado. Took about 8 weeks for delivery but expected some delay. Tonneaufactoryoutlet would provide timely updates when requested. Product arrived in good shape. Tonneaufactoryoutlet provided good pricing and they were efficient.

  It took 5 weeks to receive my cover,but my money was taken from my card immediately,when I got the cover part of it (ram box rails)were not sent.I called relax and they sent them immediately. I like the tonneau cover very much ,but the service was lacking!

  I ordered the Bak Flip G2 cover which came directly from BAK Flip. The cover arrived on time. I paid a friend who’s good with tools $50 to install the cover. He goes to install the rails and realizes that known of the hardware matches up with the rail system. We also notice that there is also hardware missing. I contact BAK and they say i probably received the wrong hardware for my cover. So they send me the correct hardware and it arrives in 3 days. I have my friend come back over and install the Tonneau cover. After he installs the cover we notice the corner on each side of the front of the cover are sharp and appear to be unfinished. I contacted BAK FLIP and sent them pictures to see if that whey the finished edge on the cover is supposed to look like? Haven’t heard anything yet. At this point I’m starting to regret getting this cover. Hopefully BAK FLIP will get in touch with me soon. Purchasing a tonneau cover shouldn’t be a nightmare!

  There seems to be a recurring theme/issue with this company. Even with the favorable feedback comments received, there seems to an issue with telling customers the products they have ordered will be received in a much shorter timeline than what actually results. The entire world is aware of the global pandemic and the impact it has had on businesses. Since you were so acutely aware that Retrax could not ship the cover in 10 days, you should provide customers with a more realistic timeline so we can make the decision as to whether or not we want to proceed with the purchase. Instead, you have chosen to be deceitful at every turn in order to make your sale and then blame the customer and Retrax for believing what you tell them. This is not a customer or Retrax issue, but a Jeffrey problem. Please make sure you do your homework before making a purchase from this company. If you’re willing to wait 6-8 weeks once you’re told it will be 10 days, ensure you keep copies of all follow-ups.

  Ordered my RetraxPro MX from a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant out of Michigan {Jeff}. Excellent customer service. Very good quality on the product. Installation was very simple. Installation video on the web site is great. Product was shipped in a timely manner. Received the product in excellent shape with all the parts and instructions. Cover is packed in a good quality box with good protection to prevent damage. I have had this cover on my 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 short bed for only a month at the time of this review and I am very happy with my selection on this RetraxPro MX model.

He was extremely helpful helping me choose the Tonneau cover I had been researching. The price was the best I’ve found. Shipping was very fast. I installed the cover in about 20 minutes.   I ordered it in Dec 2020,received it 8n Jan 2021. Because of covid I just put in on March 2021. Should have opened it right away. 1 rail was bent and rubber seal was totally off were it should have been. Drilled holes to hold cover down were offset. Crooked. If all these items were avoided it would have been better.

  Was told my order would ship in 20 days, ordered my new truck and the tonneau cover the same day, the truck was here 25 days before the cover, took over 60 days before it was shipped. Kept blaming the delay on covid-19, that excuse was old a year ago. If you want a cover in a reasonable time order it someplace else.

  The cover took longer to receive than i expected but with covid everyone is slower and these covers are made as they are ordered. The install was as easy as the video showed and took about an hour by myself to install with no surprises. Just be sure to read the instructions and don't try to skip a step but do everything in order and you will find it is very easy to install. The price was the cheapest on the internet. I bought the mx-4 cover and it is very solid and enhances the look of my 2020 f-150.

  Navigating the site was relatively straight forward- on both the laptop and iPhone platforms. The chat function was where this company began to separate itself from many others- associate availability, expertise, follow-up, professionalism, and communication were all true stand outs. I had several quotes worked up to show total amounts for several pieces of gear which I intended to integrate. I bought the Retrax XR Pro and the integrated Yakima HD tall rack system for my F-150. All the specs were confirmed several times before ordering and after ordering, I became truly impressed. I was updated daily through email, text and phone calls by company employees with the status of my order- as it came in 4 separate shipping segments. Website, customer service, product availability, product quality - all of them get top honors in my opinion. Great company- I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone, regardless of the order.

  The gentleman who took took order was super friendly and walked me thru everything without rushing me. Delivery was just as expected. Packaged up so that it arrived in perfect condition. Cover looks and works great. Very happy with it. The only negative would be there were several aluminum shavings from the drilling that may have cut my hands had I not been very careful. QA Inspection?
