  I bought the Bac Revolver X4s and they had the best price I could find anywhere, including factory direct! Delivery is what it was. Meaning the Covid has everything messed up everywhere. FedEx was about 4 days behind the promised date. Overall, I would definitely buy from them again. Ordering was simple and straight forward. The experience was great.

  Using the website was easy and ordering over the phone was also easy. The only problem was the delivery time. My order was placed and paid for on August 6 with a 15-21 business day estimate for shipping. The actual shipping date was September 16 (29 business days after ordering) and delivery September 22. I am very happy with the product quality and the ease of installation.

  Price was very good, but the tonneau was drop-shipped from the manufacturer with the incorrect mounting hardware for my vehicle. I had to do all the legwork to get the new kit shipped out which took hours of my time and several weeks before I was actually able to install the cover.

  Jeff and Nicole were both very pleasant to work with. My tonneau was delayed quite a while due to circumstances beyond their control, and I did have to contact them myself for progress updates. However, when I did contact them, they were quick to respond. The cover finally arrived in perfect condition and i couldn't be happier.

  Good prices but terrible post sales support should you have a problem. 10 weeks to get a functional cover from the day the order was placed. The manufacturer was not faultless and also could have done a better job in this poor experience but this could have been better managed by the retailer. I truly hate leaving bad reviews but buyer beware when shopping here as you will be left to fend for yourself should you have an issue.

  The instructions that came with the bed cover did not include steps to install the cover on beds with the track system. I had to take the tracks off in order to install the bed cover, only to find out there were separate instructions that show how to do it.

  I almost never leave reviews but this company was such a pain to deal with and wasted so much of my time I had to leave one here. I ordered a bed cover and rack combo. I had several issues and customer service was terrible. First they gave me two tracking numbers for three different shipments. Bed cover arrived first so I installed that first. For the record I love the Bak X4s bed cover. Then the rails that the mounts the racks arrived. I had to uninstall the bed cover to mount the rails. Fine, that one's on me. Then I discovered they sent the wrong size rails. I emailed customer service about it and after some back and forth I didn't hear back for 4 days. I sent two more emails and got a reply saying they made a mistake and would ship the correct size rails and send me a shipping label to send the wrong ones back. I never got that label... Then I installed the rails only to find out my racks had been returned before and the directions weren't in the box. After a couple more emails and 4 more days of waiting I finally got a response with the directions. Once installed I wasn't happy with how shakey the racks where so I called this time to try to return. The woman on the phone said she would have to talk to a supervisor and call me back. I didn't hear back after 4 or 5 more days, sent another email saying I wanted a return and finally got a reply. This was all such a pain I decided to tighten the hell out of the racks so now they don't slide on the rails but at least they don't wobble. Tldr this company will mess up and ghost you, waste your time and make it nearly impossible to return the product if you are not satisfied. Buy somewhere else.

  Very happy with the products ordered. Customer service was very helpful with finding products that fit and ordering. I regret not taking the time to get specific details on shipping options. I opted to get “Expedited Shipping” which made my shipped costs double the price. I was told my order would be delivered within 2 weeks, so I went for it. Part of my order came in about a week and a half, which was great, but the rest in took over a month, and they used a method of shipping which I could not track myself. Valid reasons for the delay where given, but I only wish they would have told me these reasons before I opted to pay double the shipping. I’ve had plenty of people compliment my cover and rack combo and asked where I purchased them, but I hesitate to give the referral, because of the bad experience with my purchase.

  One of my orders was shipped with the incorrect parts from the manufacturer, obviously not their fault. Besides a slight delay in pinpointing the parts numbers and communicating with the manufacturer, the correct parts were shipped overnight. Hassle free without the run around. I would purchase here again.

  owner is aggressive when he doesn't get his way with your business, staff is rude and childish. As soon as there's a problem at hand they will do everything they can to blame the shipper the warehouse the manufacturer and even you.   I have feedback for the very first step for installation. I the first step the rails are attached. Please note: it was nearly impossible to thread the bolt through the tapped holes in the rail. Is there some powder coat getting inside the threads? I had to give up trying to force the bolt through, fearing I would strip the threads. Instead, I threaded the bolts through the rails alone, without trying to attach at the same time. This freed up the threaded hole for a slightly smoother bolt attachment. Could you re-tap these 4 holes after the painting process in order to make it easier? Some guy is going to force the bolt through, and ruin the threads. Thanks.

  I ordered my BakFlip on Father's Day, not expecting a company owner to answer the chat. Small businesses gotta do what they gotta do! Morrie was great to work with, bed cover shipped quickly and arrived in four days. However, the hardware bag did not arrive with the cover. I contacted the Sales Dept, received a reply within 10min and then another note of contacting the factory within 20min. Due to the factory's business, the hardware took 8 days to arrive. The factory did send apology and used overnight shipping. Within an hour of receiving the missing bits, the cover was on and all was in order. Good price, fast shipping, good customer service.

  The site was easy to navigate. The person I ordered the cover from was very nice and friendly. He told me that with the way things are right now that it could take 4-6 weeks to get. Fortunately for me the cover arrived in about a week. The box was a little damaged but all the components were fine. It was easy to install (took about an hour)and it looks great. This is a quality product !! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cover!

  Pricing was more than fair on the Retrax cover and Yakima HD rack that I purchased. Shipping was delayed on the cover, however, that’s a result of current world conditions.   Great product, it is what it says it is. Product is not cheap in cost by no means but you get what you paid for and compared to competitors and/or similar brands Retrax is one of the best. As for the customer service very courteous and helpful. I received a discount and with shipping and taxes I paid nearly $200 less than the other companies for the exact same product. Very happy I went with tonneau factory outlet!!

  I am a repeat customer. Bought my 1st one from owner 10 years ago. Owner was on medical leave this time but I was still treated like royalty even given a huge discount and free gift for being a repeat customer. Although I wouldn't have believed it, but this product has even improved with 2 new features. 1- Tailgate can now be shut with cover down, 2- buit in buckling straps to hold top partially open when driving. It even has another buckle to stow strap out of the way when top is down. I would recommend this product and this supplier.

  Ordering was very easy and the transaction was through PayPal so there were no worries. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was it took about a month to get my tonneau. That was most likely the manufacturer, but I hate to wait.

  I had a great experience ordering a Yakima Overhaul HD to match my existing RETRAX RX tonneau cover. The pieces work correctly without any issues. The sales associate explained that although only the extra long crossbars were available, I could cut them down if I desired. Worked like a charm and the whole package looks good and functions very well.

  The cover I ordered is a great cover and really easy to install, the reason for the bad review is to the customer support manager that was rude and needs additional customer support training, she does not know how to talk with customers that are not happy to begin with.

  My purchase of both a BAK Revolver Tonneau cover and a Vantech Rack for my 2018 Honda Ridgeline took two acts of faith. First, I needed the parts fairly quickly for an upcoming trip. Jeff could not guarantee they would arrive in time but said we could cancel the order if it did not look like they would make the deadline. This seemed like a good option to me. As it turned out, both components came very quickly, giving me ample time for installation. However, while I could see how both of them would fit individually, it was less clear that they would fit together. The room for error was not just small—it was nonexistent. Jeff walked me through installation and assured me that they would fit together. They barely did fit. The clearances on each side are supposed to be 1/8" on each side. My installation ended up with 1/32" on each side. But everything works smoothly so I have to say, Jeff was right. As Jeff previously worked at BAK, he knows these products well so you are in good hands. That being said, it might be useful for the two manufacturers to get together and engineer a little more room for slop into the design of one or both components. The Honda Ridgeline owners don't have many options for tonneau/rack combinations so it would be good to have a combo that's a little better integrated.
