  I called in to get information on various options for a bed cover and by the end of the phone call I placed my order as the sales person provided excellent customer service and provide them most competitive price. I can’t speak to the product itself just yet as it is a Christmas gift and has not yet been installed.

  The company is fine but the BAK unit is awful when retro fitted to fit a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. It leaks and it’s because the unit is a bad design for a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I have installed 10 units on trucks I purchased and the BAK by far was the most expensive. I paid $839 with free shipping and the company was great to deal with but the quality of the fit from BAK which makes excellent units is a real bad design for Honda Ridgeline. I have to live with the unit Now I guess but Do Not Buy for a Honda Ridgeline. I wish now I Had bought another design to fit my Honda. Rough Country makes an excellent cover bit as of date 12-2022 they do not make one for a Honda and by the way Rough Country has the BEST priced units of all manufacturers. They are based in Dyersburg TN and make an excellent product for most trucks. BAK is awful and the highest priced unit on the market. Their Honda unit is bad and a no buy.

  First shipment was wrong fitment Part was looked up by Factory Outlet Personal. Second Bolts were incorrect for front running board brackets, bolts should have had threads full length of bolt and ones sent were only threaded halfway. Once issues were resolved love the steps.

  They gave me the best price on the 'net. Add to that the cover arrived UPSed (one plastic corner trim was broken) I called them and I had a replacement in 2 days - no fuss at all! I highly recommend them and the BAK X4S.

  My order went smoothly. Customer service was nice, and the price was good. However, there're two flaws from this order. First of all, my order was delivered to my neighbor's house, across my house from the street. I had to wait for my neighbor to get home to ask for help moving the stuffs to my house. Secondly, the cover was missing parts. After I installed it, I found out that there's an open gap about 5 inches at the front end near the front cover. I called Tonneau the next day to complain about the missing part of the cover, then they directed me to call the manufacture myself. This is not nice! But after all the manufacture had sent me a good replacement. Thank you!

  I am a repeat customer with Tonneau Factory Outlet. They have competitive prices but more importantly they are there with great customer service when something goes wrong. The idiots at UPS managed to lose or damage 3 bike racks but they were persistent and finally number 4 arrived undamaged. It was no fault of theirs but they kept sending replacements with the only concern being my satisfaction. Plus one for Tonneau Factory Outlet and minus a million for UPS.

  They did a great job answering questions and helping me find the right cover for my truck. They also helped me save several hundred dollars over the competition. Shipping was very quick, and while the package was damaged in transit nothing inside was damaged. I’m confident that if it was they would have helped me out. I went with a retrax one with the rails, and so far couldn’t be happier. Installation was easy and took less than a hour. We had a thunderstorm the next two days and when I went out the bed was dry and the drains seemed to be working correctly. Will definitely be coming back when I buy another truck. Or to buy the cross rails for my cover.

The transaction lost a star as I was not made aware the cover recommended would wipe out my ability to utilize my cargo mgmt cleats / system that came with the truck. Still TBD whether an aftermarket cleat will work.

  Easiest way to save money on a quality tonneau. Site was easy to navigate, found what I was looking for, called and got a great deal. My cover arrived damaged so I contacted them and they worked with the factory to get a replacement cover out right away. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

  The ordering process was quick and easy. The chat rep was super knowledgeable and helped me get the order placed. The communication was A and shipping was fast. The only lack of 5 stars is due to the fitment issues with the Elevate Rack and Bak Revolver x4. Although instructions for both are good, what they don't tell you is when combined and used with the factory bed rail caps, the cover can't be opened or closed without binding due to the tolerances being so tight. I am now forced to remove or modify the bed rail caps to gain the 1/16 of an inch to get the cover to work without binding. This will be the 3rd time installing the cover to correct this. Once with just the cover, once with the cover and rack rails, and now to modify or remove the factory bed rail caps. On the bright side, the cover and rack are super easy to install. With this issue it would have been nice to have this disclosed prior to the sale. After all, they tested the compatibility of these products together. You can find similar issues online as well with this rack and cover combo. So I find it difficult to believe they did not run into this issue as well. Overall though, I'd do business with them again and recommend.
