  We've gotten several refurbished ToughBooks from Tough Rugged Laptops. All the laptops have been perfect, with many in like new condition. For our last order in July we were even contacted directly by our Account Executive Al to confirm some details of our order (32 or 64 bit Windows), and then after we received the computers to check on our satisfaction. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!

  No issues with the laptop itself. Always gets good comments from my technicians in the field. Laptops are delivered in a timely manner. Website is a bit confusing to re-order exactly what I ordered previously sometimes but otherwise no major complaints.

  The laptop was very delayed in shipping with no communication. When it arrived, I called in for tech support on a driver question. Was told a support ticket was created and I would be called back that day. 3 weeks later that call has not come in.

  This poor review mostly reflects on the carrier chosen by tough rugged laptops. , we do not have the computer yet, after two months it has travel round trip twice from its departure to florida and back again and have never reached puerto rico. The latest we heard is that UPS is conducting an investigation. This situation is discouraging even more when we consider that this purchase of our NGO is part of a federal program to help coffee farmers in puerto rico after the hurricanes. I have high hope that tough rugged laptops will take care of the problem and solve it and finally we will be able to have the computer in puerto rico. thank you

  My rating should be excellent instead of good but the delivery time was exceedingly long. Al Townsend was very patient with my questions and his attention to detail was superb. I'm sure that if I wanted an off the shelf item the ship time would have been much quicker but I have the impression that it was produced to my specification at the factory from scratch. That is not a bad thing per say but I was led to believe that the ship time would be 3 - 4 weeks, not twice that long. Great product, great company!
