  Customer service was wonderful. Part packaged well and sent quickly. My mechanic was very surprised with how well the part was removed and a lot of crucial add on parts saved and sent with rear end assembly. Mechanic said he Deals with salvage yards and this was the best part delivery he has seen, as far as removing it from the car carefully and saving parts, as opposed to taking a torch and just cutting it out the fastest way. 5 stars.

  Product was absolutely the correct product and shipped and wrapped better than any I have seen and the price was quite reasonable. Only Issue I have is their were small gouges on the top that were not able to be seen in pictures and the nature of where they are show up in my truck next to a dash that is in perfect condition. And I need the part more than I want to try to deal with a return. I guess I will see about fixing that part maybe.

  This Navigation DVD player unit & DVD is not a match. The item received has a module on top. Mine does not so it is not a perfect fit. In addition to that my system does not recognize the unit. It says "Unable to read data. Check if MAP dvd is correct". I need a replacement that works. Thank you.

  The are horrible had the part advertised as the passenger side part and when I received it. The part it self said driver side on it but all the paper work said passenger side they won’t give me a refund until I send it back but it’s been over 24 hours and they have yet to email me a return label as they said they would .

  As a returning customer, I purchased a 2014 Toyota Highlander LIFTGATE STRUT 68910-09023. Installed it and it did not work. Made reluctant appt. to Toyota Dealership and they stated "part failed and needs to be replaced." I contacted Benzeen and they honored their one year warranty and I am completed satisfied with their customer service. Benzeen will continue to be my "go-to" for used parts.

  They have online Parts that are not available. I bought them nd asked three times to ask if they were shipped and. Every time I called they said they would send it that day. At the end they sent me a refund saying they didn’t have the part. All three times I called they said the part was being removed from the car. I lost a week waiting for it. Others three purchases I had with them the shipping took very long and I had to call them so they could ship it. One of the times took three weeks to arrive. And I live near Sacramento. In LA. And it never takes this long when I buy things in EBay

  I was initially impressed by how easy the site was to use and by the selection they had. I was then disappointed by the product I received. It had hammer marks all over it, likely from being beaten with a hammer to be removed from the donor vehicle. The hammered pieces were right next to holes that are supposed to be round, but were made oval by the hammering. Overall, the part was not in great shape and is not even functional for someone to use. When I questioned them about this, they told me that different vehicles had different sized holes and basically I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm pretty disappointed in the service I received from this place. I likely won't be using them again.
