  smooth sailing. didn't take me long find what I needed and to get it ordered. I did think it odd that I had to pay for the box to put the pin in, and because I did pay for it, I was expecting more than just the little cardboard box you typically get with fashion jewelry. Not a big deal. its just that the discription was misleading.

  These pins are great! The detail is sharp and the quality is sturdy. The rubber backing really seems to grip well so I’m not afraid the pin will fall off. I would buy from Pinmart again!

  Easy to work with. Relatively fast and affordable. If I had a criticism it would simply be the vast minimum number of patches I was required to order. With a 100 minimum, honestly 50 were way more than I really needed so I would have preferred a smaller order option. Otherwise, very good experience.

  I always try to get a lapel pin as a cast gift for opening night on productions I'm working on. They make for a nice, classy momento of the show. Products are well made and there's a wide enough variety of designs that I'm usually able to find something very apporpiate for the occasion. Orders have always been quickly filled, which I appreciate as I often have to reorder with a short turn around time.

  Love, love, love our custom designed pins company pins. The company owner wishes next order to show starker contrast between background and company name so it can perhaps stand out a bit more, but I don't agree. Beautiful job, love the nickel-plate.. Employees are wearing company pins with pride. Only criticism, if any, is the pins are so beautiful, wished we could have gotten them sooner, but totally understand need for three weeks processing/shipping time and they are worth the wait!

I didn't rate pinmart.com a "5" because I attempted to order more pins, and they were out of stock. I tried to order another style pin and I was told they were out of stock. I need a company that I can depend on to have stock when I need it.
