This is the first occasion that I have bought a computer online. I was buying this PC for my daughter whose old PC was dying a slow death. The PC was competitively priced with a variety of upgrades available and was dispatched soon after the order was placed. The monitor, keyboard, processor, leads etc were packed in one box and it is surprising how easy it is to set up when you are not overwhelmed with masses of leaflets and manuals, just exactly what is required. Cannot comment on wider customer service because everything has been tickety boo and very professional. i had to ring because i did not know which laptop to have the man i spoke to knew exactly which one i needed and the price was fab delivered the next day sayin it was a very good quality was second to none recommend keep up the good work

Literally I ordered my product Friday 24th November at 13.01 and I received an email at 13.13 saying it had been dispatched, went off work Saturday morning come home at 3 for my keys to be waiting for me in my mail, super fast. What I like most about the online transaction with them was that they practice double layers of security verification before releasing the product code. This demonstrates to me that they take protection and privacy issues very seriously.My choice software employee was most helpful when microsoft live didn't want to download Office 16. He explained the situation, and we went to google chrome and finally to the site for disabled folks to finally get the program to download. He was cheerful, engaging and stayed with it until the program downloaded and fully activated.We chatted pleasantly the whole time he was working. I hope all of your tech support folks are this good. Because of my awesome experience today. I will definitely come back to Trusted Tech in the future for software needs. Also, the staff was wonderful. They're about the only trustworthy source of malwarebytes lifetime licenses, you can't even get them from the malwarebytes company anymore. They're doing a great service to the world. Can't fault delivery got it 2 days after ordering, and I ordered it at night. I wanted to buy some game for my friend for Christmas, but I was a nit short on cash. I fiound a reasonably prices games on my choice software evenb though I thought they didn’t sell video games. Not tried the game because it is a Christmas present, but my friend seems fairly happy with it. And I sure didn’t expect to see everything working in perfect order and just exactly as described! Went to this site for Mac RAM after a recommendation for being good quality, easy to find the required module through their well designed website, cheapest price compared to other sites and nice to get discount promo code for next purchase. Ordered Friday early afternoon, standard delivery was free but I paided 95p for 1-2 days delivery and it arrived next day which was a Saturday. Due to quicker delivery than expected combined with immediate query response via email I felt the company provided a great customer service. I had a problem being able to download the older version of Microsoft Office due to incompatibilities with my system and Grand Canyon University's software requiements . i was in a huge bind because not only did I desperately need Windows in order to do my assignments, but I am a single parent, full time medical missionary on a fixed income and desperately needed the money back to make it the rest of the month. My Choice Software and their customer service did an outstanding job from the beginning to the very end. They went the extra mile trying to resolve my issues with the order and software install. Given this I would recommend your company going forward. I had issues first with the order error and then later with installation. He was a patient technician who was knowledgeable and competent. His solution work and I am up and running now. I am always a bit wary of shopping online with new sites I am unfamiliar with. I came across this site while I was looking for a good deal on 2011 MS Office for Mac. I found that product here for about $50 less than another online retailer I'd used before. I checked the Google reviews and they were very positive. Anyway, I made my purchase and was immediately taken to a download link. I bought this on a weekend and the site stated that weekend purchases would take 2-4 hours to have the product key emailed (30 min during business hours), but I received mine in about five minutes.

As always using a new site I do so with slight trepidation, however this transaction was perfect, great price, item dispatched & received straight away. Cannot recommend my choice software enough. Always excellent service, although this time purchased just before they put up their real discounts and it was $10.00 cheaper the next day, could of pre-warned the sale was incoming, that is my only negative with the shop. It was still cheaper than all the competition though.

My experience with My Choice Software has been fantastic. My co-worker told me about them and I went online to purchase Office PRO. The price had gone up a bit since he made his purchase but they price matched for me. He also mentioned that he had had a difficult time getting his installed so I expected some issues. I can't say enough about these guys. I bought a new laptop and was in the process of installing Office when things went a little haywire. ( Theirs was $50 cheaper than getting it at Best Buy.) I expected a telephone tree and long wait to speak to someone who would treat me like I was a total idiot when I called them for help. Instead I immediately reached a tech who not only was very understanding but who installed Office remotely. Their man was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the correct software license for my needs. The product key was received via email delivery in under 5 minutes and the price was below what I have seen elsewhere. Excellent experience overall. Found a great price on the product I wanted, had a few questions on compatibility which their worker answered almost immediately - he was *very* responsive at this company. Download went seamless but had a small hiccup during install - bounced back to their worker also helped me again pretty much instantly and I was purchased - downloaded - installed - and then reinstalled correctly in under 25 minutes total. My choice sfotware was FANTASTIC...he helped me with my first download...and then when I had issues (of my own creation) I called him back at the number they provided and they was able to remote download exactly what I needed. When my phone was dying...(Holy Tech Day) they switched me to chat and walked my computer through each step remotely! Great help, great experience! I was having issues registering Windows Server 2016. Contacted my choice software and worked with a very polite man. He was great. He quickly diagnosed and remote into my server and fixed the issue. I have used My Choice Software before, and never had a problem with delivery. The games are always new and sealed. Brilliant can't fault this company never had a bad experience yet products always turn up the same day.They always sent the license key with the very pleasant offer of instructions for those less knowledgeable. Might not always be the cheapest but they are always close if they aren't. And on top of that, every order is put through fast with quite easily the best customer service out there.
