  I have an IBD Kitty he is around 11 years old starting having issues with IBD around a year stopped eating. Had diarrhea and would vomit sometimes. Since starting this food within 1 day I could notice his bowels were loving this food so much better. and not perfect but way better than he was for sure. Has taken all kinds of meds which gave hime projectile vomiting and diarrhea that was an epic fail. We have chosen to go all natural and Koha really helped with that. Because before this the vet had him only on Kibble food most of his life no wonder he has gastrointestinal issues duh cat's are obligated carnivores they are not meant to break down that garbage. They do their best with a novel protein something they have never had before. Hope this helps someone try this out because my baby loves this food.

  My cats loved the gravy and cuts-like texture of the rabbit au jus that I’d bought as individual cans from my local pet store so I ordered a case. Unfortunately, I found the texture thickly pureed with minimal gravy and my cats walked away from it. When I emailed customer service, they simply said “texture varies”. I took that as a general “it is what it is” reply so I dropped the subject. However, other pet food companies know how picky cats can be regarding textures and offer a variety to suit that. Needless to say it was an expensive lesson. I just won’t order again. I gave two stars because I do value the ingredients and nutrition; just not a fan of their customer service or changing texture.

  Found a food that my sensitive kitties love and crave! My kitten is allergic to everything and this has been a god send! He had lost a lot of his fur from itching and overgrooming and now it has grown back! We switched all the kitties over to Koha and they all LOVE it! Even my very picky and sassy tortie cat! Thank you Koha for making great pet food!!! Great subscription service and super FAST delivery too!!!

  We hedged our bets and also bought a case from Amazon because we were one can shy of being out and didn’t know how long Koha would take to get us the food. Amazon was same day. Koha got us the food the next day! We didn’t need to do Amazon. So now we are Koha rich.

  My first experience with Koha was very positive. Excellent website that answered all my questions about their limited ingredient dog food. Purchasing online from Koha was easy, and my canned food arrived within a few days and in perfect condition. Appreciated the email discount code. Shipping cost was steep at $10, and I was not able to reach Koha's $69 threshold for free shipping, which is quite higher than most pet food retailers. In fact, I almost purchased this Koha wet food on Amazon Prime to get free shipping, but I'm always leery of purchasing pet food on Amazon for quality purposes. Overall, it was a great first experience with the Koha company.

  Koha LID Duck and Turkey are the only foods my cat (dx severe IBD) seems able to tolerate. He doesn't love it, but he does like it enough to eat it every day. Koha orders always arrive quickly, I've never had a problem with delivery. My biggest criticism is pricing. I am disabled and live on SSI so this food is expensive for me. That said, I am willing to sacrifice other purchases to keep my cat from being in pain all the time. So grumblingly, I accept the price of the food. What I dislike is that the free shipping seems strategically just out of reach. 1 case of the LID catfood comes to $63. Free shipping is for orders $65+. Tax, brings me over the limit but Koha doesn't count tax. So I either have to pay shipping, or have to double up on his good some months which is extremely difficult to do on a fixed income. Emailing customer service was not helpful. I understand they are a small business but I'm already paying more for their food, which should take that into account. I really feel like free shipping shouldn't be held right out of reach. Frustrating that they don't sell via chewy who has better limits for free shipping. Overall- I do recommend this food for kitties with IBD or other food/ digestion issues, I just wish they were more consumer friendly.

  We have been using Koha pet for at least eight years now when we figured out my 13yr pug had food sensitivities and we began with Koha Kangaroo limited ingredients....three years or so ago we had to switch to duck due to the Australian fires...the quality of the food is still quite good! .The company is consistent and Stephanie's service is commendable in keeping things efficient and always helpful! We hope to continue to be a customer into far future!

  Took a bit to get here but it was over Christmas time. Wanted to try duck as my Devon Rex cats react to fish and chicken so that doesn't leave much choice. One cat devoured it the other stuck up his nose the first day. Second morning I sprinkled Freeze dried duck liver crumbs over the top and voile both cats devoured the food. They absolutely won't eat pate but this is chunky type stew which they prefer. Win win. No more scratching their necks.

  Koha makes ordering easy with Shopify and has reasonable prices on or with 3rd party retailers. Free shipping should be standard but other than that the prices are competitive and I’d prefer the money to go straight to the source.

  My cat was diagnosed with mega colon and had a lot of mucus on his stool. I tried other higher quality wet foods but he was only pooping every 3 to 4 days and it was covered in mucus. I found koha rabbit wet cat food and gave it a try. He immediately began pooping every one to two days and after a couple months the mucus is nearly gone. He now has so much energy and has gotten very playful. He loves his new food and I don’t know what we would do without it. Koha please do not change the recipe or sell your company to a big name competitor that will change ingredients leaving us no good food option for Milo. Thank you for your fast delivery also!

  I have 4 Senior cats 18 years old who were on Renal diets but were still losing weight. Our veterinarian recommended going back to some non prescription food to stimulate their appetites. We ordered sampler packs and all 4 cats loved all varieties. I now have Koha subscriptions and my cats have gained weight and looking good. Their Bloodwork results are also great considering their ages. I'm so grateful to have found Koha food. It's fabulous.

  After years of searching for both a cat food that my cat liked and wouldn't make him sick, I found Koha pet's limited ingredient diets with novel proteins to check both boxes. My cat has inflammatory bowel disease and mega colon. Some foods worked for a while, but the prescription diets always run out of stock and then we were stuck with nothing and a sick cat.Koha has been an absolute blessing and they are a joy to work with, courteous, prompt, and amazing customer service. Please don't change, we are lucky to have you!!!

  The Koha website was easy to navigate. I will probably buy it from Amazon going forward. The Amazon description gives options of 4.5 pound (pack of 1) or 8.25 pound (pack of 1). These are CANS of food! They should be listed as such - ounces per can and number of cans in case.

  Their single protein rabbit food was the only thing that didn’t upset my cat that was on a prescription diet. After a year of being on the rabbit, she can even eat the poke bowls without having diarrhea. So so pleased and their food is always yummy according to my cat!

  My dog loved the food and had no stomach upset at all. I am very pleased with the results and so is my dog. In fact, he wants to eat before it's time.   I very much like this company, unfortunately my cats are beyond picky. I have found one of their products that they both agree upon, Poke Bowls but after a few days of it, they walk away from their bowls. I’ve tried changing flavors and texture but they are so finicky. I now feed them 2-3 times a day to make it interesting but they’re cats! So it’s every other day now and they seem to enjoy that, the Opposite Day day is a grain free pate from another brand. If nothing else, their coat and health are great, At 6 yo, still playing like kittens. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

  The product is high quality and deliver was timely, but my kitties are still getting used to the food. They love the gravy but then end up leaving most of the foot itself in the bowl. I will keep trying, thought, because of the high quality of the food.

  Love the food, quality, and ingredients. What I don't like is they charge more for shipping than other pet stores and it takes twice as long to arrive. My order takes 7 days to arrive on my subscription delivery. I get other stores within 2 days ordering and they use FedEx or UPS. That is the only negative. The quality and ingredients of the food is most important. I just wish they offered better shipping timeline. USPS sadly sucks if you live rural.

  I like supporting this small business and I like the limited ingredient products they offer. I wish the product was a little more appealing to my cats but we're going to keep trying as they can be quite picky.

  I received a text saying there was a 20% off on specific cans of dog food. Whenever I tried to apply the code, it would not apply. Next I clicked the Contact Us button and wrote a brief message about the problem. No one responded. Two days later I got another advertising text. I went ahead and ordered bc we are running low and this is the only source I know that provides simply canned meat for my dog.

Currently shipping carriers are experiencing congestion which may result in delays between scans. As discussed we ask that you please allow 1-3 extra days for your package to be delivered. Please know our customer support team continued to follow up with the carrier until we received confirmation that your package was delivered. We are glad your pup received his KOHA treats!
