  Collaborating with the Jack Game Room team as an interior designer for my client's project was an absolute pleasure. The quality of the poker table and shuffleboard exceeded both my and my client's expectations. Having samples provided early on was incredibly helpful in the decision-making process. Throughout the project, communication with the Jack Game Room team was excellent. They were always responsive and addressed every question and concern promptly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.   Found the website through a Google search. Did some research and found that other customers rated the company highly. Easy website to navigate and build a custom poker table and chairs. The customer service was excellent. Communicated clearly and explained the timing of the build and delivery so there were no miscommunication. Their delivery partners were excellent and the furniture looks great and is high quality. Not inexpensive but worth the price.

  Best price and quality around. I went to several places in large cities looking at selection and none of those had the quality that Jack Game Room provided. In addition, their customer service is superb providing faster than expected responses to my questions throughout the process. Definitely recommend and would use again.

  Well, it was a long wait to get our game table and chairs. But, when it arrived, it was exactly as we expected. The crating was perfect with no damage whatsoever. Assembly was simple and extra parts were provided. Communication was also very good. The chairs are very nice, though I wish there was a little more cushion in them. I think after a long night of playing poker your butt will be a little sore. The fabric choices online were very close approximations to what we received. We would order from Jack again.

  Jack Game Room was exceptional every step of the way in the transaction. From the initial ordering, periodic updates on the progress of manufacturing and shipping, quickly addressing any installation questions, and always very responsive and available by phone and email. The quality of the pool table and shuffleboard are unmatched - several of my friends have said it is the nicest pool table they have ever seen. I highly recommend Jack Game Room.

  WE have only had the table one week The quality seems good and the table was what I excepted. The only issue I have is the lead time 9 months was really not acceptable. When I called to complain about the additional time I was told I could cancel, instead of have some kind of understanding on what we are going through I understand the situation that we have all been in BUT it is time to move on and quit using COVID as a excuse. I was told 6 months and it took 3 additional so I believe you need to tell customers up front or fix your lead time, If you are willing to wait the table is nice BUT I would not wait 9 months again

  On May 5, 2021, I ordered a pool table, a wall mounted cue rack and a deluxe billiards playback. The pool table was a cancellation of someone else’s order and thus immediately available. It arrived damaged. The slate was broken in pieces and had to be replaced. Jackgameroom’s installer also noted some other minor damage that he said would be not be visible so I let it go. The wall mounted cue rack was separately delivered and also damaged. Note that the box was opened in front of jackgameroom’s installer who told me that I would need to call jackgameroom for resolution. My designer reported the damage and was asked a series of questions that effectively tried to shift the blame to me. Again, the box was opened in front of the pool table installer that they sent to my house. I sent pictures of the damage to jackgameroom at their request and the response was that most, if not all, the damage would likely be hidden when I hang it so I should be okay with it. I was not. The item cost $1,600 and should be delivered damage free. I asked for a refund which they said was not an option. So I insisted that they send a new one. As of today, I am still waiting for delivery. Given they sent me a damaged cue rack, you think they would prioritize the replacement. At this point I don’t even want it anymore. I had to buy a cheaper version to hold the pool sticks in the interim. Further, the pool cue holder they sold me does not even hold all the sticks contained in the play pack they sold me as it can not hold the bridge. Given we had several conversations with their salesmen in advance of the order, you think that they would point out that the pool cue rack they were selling me would not hold all the sticks they were also selling me. In summary, (i) everything I ordered came damaged, (ii) jackgameroom tried to shift the damage blame to me, (iii) the sales team knowingly sold me a play pack containing sticks that would not all fit in the pool cue rack that they separately sold me, and (iv) the replacement pool cue rack was not prioritized and I’m still waiting for it — now eight months post-order. At this point, my only hope is that the new pool cue holder comes undamaged in the near term and that I can sell it and the damaged version to recover most of my money. Hoping this review makes someone think twice before placing there order here.

  I got the flippable poker-dining table. It turned out absolutely gorgeous. This company is spot on. The people are fantastic to work with. It did take a little longer to ship than they originally said but that’s what happens when you deal with things that are built to order. Otherwise this company is a great company to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a gaming table to compliment your home !!!

  The table is beautiful, very well made and super high quality (Menlo 96" poker table in umber with wine felt). The service was great with responsive and informative feedback during the sales process as I debated my table's configuration and throughout the build. Definitely get the swatch samples as you decide on finish and felt. My table was slightly delayed due to raw material delays but was well worth the wait. Again, when I made an inquiry the Jack Game Room team responded quickly with status. Also, super happy with the shipper (Saia). I did not order white glove delivery and was worried when informed that the shipper would not be able to use the lift gate to lower the 350 lb pallet to the ground. The driver was super helpful taking the boxes off the pallet on the truck and helping to get them safely down to the ground. He even helped me open all the boxes to check for any damage - there was none after shipping coast to coast! Overall, love my table and can't wait to play on this heirloom piece for many many years!

  Although, due to the COVID backlogs, the delivery of the table took much longer than hoped, Jack personnel were extremely helpful and responsive. The table is beautiful and a high quality piece of furniture when not in use. When in use, it plays with the best of them!

  The table itself is gorgeous and I'm very happy with it. 4 stars out of 5 though because it was hard to get an order status. I don't mind a 3-4 month wait, but my order status just said "awaiting fulfillment" for 4 straight months. That's not helpful. Also, my order was delayed by a month and a half, which is fine, but the only reason I found out about it was that I contacted them. They should have informed me.

  Jack Game Room is a rare, customer service focused company in today's world of anonymous e-commerce sites. They took the time to communicate clearly through all stages of the sales process. All of my pre-sales questions were answered. Costs and lead time expectations were set appropriately. Even when I had an issue with the "white glove" service damaging the furniture finish, they made good on it. I highly recommend Jack Game Room.

  When my table arrived requiring assembly, your company quickly arranged for an installer to assemble it, in less than 24 hours.   The chair and table is great and easy to use and very comfortable. Fits perfectly with decor and easy to flip. Incredibly well crafted. Between covid delivery and some other snafus delivery took a while and leg one chair was scraped but the company immediately sent another and easy to re install.

  The quality of the table and construction are impressive. Jack Game Room was very responsive and works with a quality woodworking company out of California and they deliver well made pieces. Only note - be aware delivery charges may not include unboxing and setup which can be a problem if you cannot move heavy furniture.

  I am an interior designer and was looking for a high end card table for a client on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I was thrilled to see the Kyoto reversible poker table as it had everything I wanted for my client...it is a gorgeous table that they couldn’t be more thrilled with! John Baker was fantastic to work with as the service I received was fantastic. I love the different wood finishes and felt colors as they are so classy.   I ordered the Tribeca 96" Texas Hold'em Poker Table from Jack Game Room and I couldn't be more happy with the table and my overall experience! I am super impressed with the customer service I received from John. John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my ordering process. Since I had a hard time picking the wood color and felt color, John recommended that I order samples and even had his designer do some mock ups for me. The table is very beautiful and very well made.   The service team did a great job communicating and getting my order out. The Kyoto table is of very high quality and was a great add to our basement. A really beautiful piece. I went with glazed smoked wood with blue felt. Assembly of base to table was simple and the table is solid. Highly recommended!
