Product is good, price is fair but their communications is horrible and can make you feel as though the place closed up. If they can just figure out how to respond faster to customer questions or concern I'd give them 5 stars. But you have to earn this.

Terrible customer service, do not buy from here. I have called and left voicemails, sent emails, and sent messages to the online chat all with no reply. This order was supposed to be overnight shipped because we needed before Christmas. Not only was is not sent out promptly. It was sent basic ground shipping, even though extra was paid for fast shipping. The package was just delivered 12/29. Also this order was placed on 12/14. Not 12/19

The worst customer service experience. I ordered in August. They charged my order in full immediately and still do not have my order! I have been getting the run around for months. Now, nothing but crickets. No response to my inquiries. It's about time to file a chargeback. Unfortunately, we have done alot of business with them and they could have handled the delays much differently. Starting with not charging my order until my product ships. Updating me on my order when the product experiences further delays would be another suggestion. At this point, I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with this company.

I am very frustrated with this company. I understand there are stock issues everywhere but even when I call and confirm that the item I need is in stock I STILL end up not receiving the items I need to run my business. I have found another source for the main item I was getting from them and will be switching companies.

Placed order on 24 August and followed up on 1 September because I hadn't received anything other than the initial acknowledgment. I asked when my order would ship and they said "hopefully by the end of September". I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded and my request was acknowledged. Four hours later, I received a shipping notification and I received the laminate on 7 September. There were multiple things wrong with this interaction so I probably won't give them a second chance.

Spoke to customer service about my issue and was told a manager would contact me - they never have. The company keeps selling me 100-ft rolls of stock that come in and are all 90-ft in length. I really should file a credit card chargeback at this point.

The order came promptly but my reservation is that I am an international customer and wasn't told about taxes to be paid. I do procurement services for my client and had given them price based on the price you gave me with a little mark up. Surprisingly, when I was paying, a lot of tax was added hence depriving me of profit. Before I was given a Purchase Order by my client, I was asked by my client to provide the Pro forma from my source to know the authenticity of the label. I forwarded the one you gave me which had no tax on it. This was why I was asked to procure. Unfortunately, I am bearing the cost of the tax which has made it unable for me to break even.

On more than 1 occasion I have placed orders for either roll labels or ink cartridges. Each order I wait and I wait (nearly a month on each occasion) for the items. Finally, I call to check where my order is and I am told, "Well, look here! It just came in TODAY! It'll go out right away". Before you say "supply chain this and Covid that" I'll let you know that not all the orders were effected by those scenarios. So, no. I'll be looking else where to get my products in the future.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unreliable and dishonest. I placed an order that did not ship for over 2 weeks and canceled the order because I needed to order elsewhere. I canceled and was told I would be refunded and they kept the money and shipped out the canceled order at a later date. Please look elsewhere this company is very shady and customer service is deceitful and dishonest

The site was well organized. I found the printer I wanted but nowhere did it say up through the order process that it wasn't in stock and was back ordered. I found that out a week later when I got an e-mail. It took two more weeks for it finally to be back in stock and received it.

We were not notified of a backorder at the time we ordered. Fright company used did not contact us immediately upon arrival in our city as they had been provided the wrong contact information. This delayed delivery several more days and required us to research the problem and call customer service.

Not enough ink in the tubes. Ink costs nearly two times what the printer cost. I am having trouble with the printer. Sometimes it prints and sometimes it won't print. I am having to pay someone from Best Buy to come and get the printer to work.

I was charged $26 in shipping for a single roll. I had to call every day to see if order would ship by the end of day. They kept telling me it would ship that day. 3 days later it finally shipped out. The online store says products are available (3”x1” polyester labels…which was my original order until I called and they said they were out of stock) when they are not. Sometimes taking over a month to fulfill an order. I won’t be ordering any more products from Durafast.

Order was delivered in pieces by the freight carrier. DuraFast responded quickly to correct the problem. They sent the carrier with a replacement and picked up the damaged item. They did what they said they would do.

Come May, needing my labels I send a message about cancelling the order to the contact us since there is literally no way to cancel the order through the website. I receive a response that Kafi saying somebody from sales will contact me. Nobody contacted me. Come October 28th, i receive an email that the ordering is shipping. I contact them again about cancelling it before it ships mentioning my original email. Kafi responds he has no record of my original email (I have a copy of his original response in my inbox from May) and that if I want a refund, I would have to ship them back, minus shipping, etc. etc.

When I reached out via phone about my order that was placed I was told it would ship today or tomorrow and I would receive the order "this time next week". The order was still waiting to ship one week later and when I called to check the status I was told the same thing, Shipping today or tomorrow expect it to arrive this time next week. This makes it really hard to plan for ordering. All I ask is that you tell me when the order is going to ship and then stick to that, if you are having logistical problems and cant pin down the shipping date for the order then let me know that and instead of giving me an answer just to get me off the phone.

I’d give a 5 star on your process and delivery of the product. I was looking to get some labels fast to complete a project for one of our customers, and thought I’d found the correct label for our printer. The 2 inch round labels aren’t compatible with our Kiaro QL-120, and couldn’t print the job. I’m not sure if it’s the perforation where each label tears off or not, but our Kiaro just wouldn’t recognize the label for some reason. I’d love to find a compatible label for our printer though, as your pricing is very competitive and delivery is excellent.

Great company-up until my last order. I placed an order on 2/1. Got confirmation, then nothing. I mean NOTHING for 2 months. Called to follow up and was promised the order would go out the same day. Got no confirmation of shipment. Called again, explained clearly how upset I was with the poor customer service, was promised again the order would ship same day. This time it did. labels that we needed were back ordered from 30-45 days. The label size (core and OD) needed for this machine are difficult to find. Apparently, it seems, durafast is the only company in the world that sells them. Will do a more in depth search on next machine and the supply line.
