    The response to my order and delivery was excellent. Very quick and appreciated. However, I had a damaged item, sent an email about it with photos and I am still waiting for a response. I sent the email to support@hlds.com.au and also to aussales@halleonard.com.au. I am a bit disappointed in the lack of response. Now I have a set of 3 Mugs and not a set of 4 for a 50th birthday gift. Sad.

    Thank you so much team. Murray contacted me and was very quick to arrange the replacement of the mug which I have received today.
